About Becca Patton

Becca is the Director of Formation with Exponent Group, and has spent 14 years walking with leaders as they learn to live from their true identity and cultivate sustainable rhythms of prayer. As an artist, she is also passionate about integrating the creative process with discerning God's voice, and loves incorporating art with ministry among the last, least, and lost.

Having walked with many leaders as they live missional lives, Becca sees the deep need for creative and healthy formational practices that help care for and sustain leaders' souls so that they can thrive in God's good Kingdom work. Becca is also trained and certified in walking people through identity transformation through Identity Exchange.
